Nerivio Return & Refund Policy for First-Time Users
Satisfaction Guarantee for first-time users:
Reddy Pharma Iberia, S.A.U. offers a return period for first-time users of Nerivio® devices to ensure your satisfaction with Nerivio® provided the conditions set out below are met.
Please note: Reddy Pharma Iberia, S.A.U.’s “Nerivio Return & Refund Policy for First-Time-Users” does not affect your statutory rights and claims. In particular, your statutory right of withdrawal (see under point VI. of our Terms and Conditions) and your statutory warranty rights remain unrestricted, in particular in case of a defect of the Nerivio® device purchased by you.
Easy Return Steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out through our Customer Service for assistance. All necessary information such as forms, numbers, and emails for the return can be found in your Customer Cabinet [link].
- Return Authorization: We’ll provide you with a Return Authorization and a prepaid shipping label.
- Return the Product: Pack the Nerivio device in its original packaging and use the provided shipping label to send it back.
Return Conditions for First-Time Users:
- Extended Return & Refund Guarantee: As a first-time user, you get an extended return period to ensure your satisfaction with Nerivio.
- Recommended Use: We advise trying Nerivio at least 6 times before deciding to return it.
- Extended Timeframe: Returns are accepted up to 2 months from the purchase date.
- Partial Refund: In case of return, a partial refund is applicable. We will retain 98€ from the initial payment to cover costs associated with the trial usage.
In case you initiate the Return as First-Time User because the treatment with the Nerivio® device does not show (sufficient) effect with you, our customer service will approach prior to accepting your request for the return to ensure that you have used the device the correct way.
